In other words Beard has been a victim of our ambition. I'm not complaining; I accept that for the better quality of players we go for we won't be successful but if we occasionally pull it off great.

Did a fantastic job in summer and last January in getting rid of players and in getting in a virtually new squad. When you think about it the overhaul has been massive. Not his fault Hughes wanted a load of players who largely didn't work out.
Pretty much how i see it too, although he helped partly to create the situation he has certainly done shed loads to rectify it too but some always have to moan about someone. He has done a very very good job in last 12 months.

Wouldn't say he did a fantastic job in the summer in getting rid of players, he was the one who negotiated the contracts, giving 2 bob players long contracts on big £ so was having to deal with his inadequacies from before. Hopefully he will prove his worth with the new stadium as more his forte but dont think he is capable of dealing in the football world. Just my opinion of course :-)

I don't claim to be ITK, but was told by someone who has a family member working at the club that negotiations are happening and things should be clearer by Monday/Tuesday. Read into that what you will????

Saying he only wants to come to us places pressure on Auxere to accept our bids or risk loosing money they very much want. Also seems Belfodil is close, so may have two new strikers/wide players by next week.

Odds on that this deal would be done at the death on deadline day. Then all concerned would receive their back-handers from SKy Tv.

They must pay off a right few quid, cos so many clubs do their deals on the last day. Suppose they can afford it though.

He had an offer from a champions league club but said no to that and is now saying he only wants to join QPR...

Don't get me wrong that's great news but am I missing something, why is he so desperate to join rangers us???

Looking at that video felt sorry for the poor right back sure he had to pay to get back in the ground twice. Torrid. Hope we get this deal through huge potential there IMO. Ring Hughes can take junior toilet on loan

And there was me hoping he was a life long rangers fan with a QPR tattoo over his heart and only wanted to play here for the love of the club..
