I've got four kids, a room each one for us and one for guests, that's how we live.

Hmmm well in that case TF can **** off then as i want whats best for QPR and thats isnt a 40k stadium in a multi purpose venue. As far as the money goes "and the goodness of his heart" what about the money the club should get from LR ?. Prime development site in the heart of W12.

Because they are thinking about the Elton/1d/Katy Perry fans and the main use of the stadium.

          Interesting point of view.

Surely you are not suggesting that it's OK for TF to bankroll the club with millions of pounds, attempt to turn us into a viable concern, ensure that we get good value for our ticket prices, yet leave well alone the assets that he already owns, despite the fact that he bought them?

Would love to live in your world for a day, just for the experience.

Lol no i meant the money from LR should surely go towards the new stadium so the estimated cost of £150 million will be less once this money is taken into account. Tbh if TF feels that the new stadium is too expensive then i am more than happy for him not to bother :-). Ten years away? twenty? take as long as you like Fernandes .

You seem to want us languishing in the lower leagues, with only your old school Rangers mates around. Not quite sure thats whats best for the club really.

You also mentioned previously you didnt want to see us as a "joke club, like Chelsea and Fulham". Unfortunately, most people thought we were a joke club last season and apart from a few Rangers fans, the rest of the world certainly don't see Chelsea (Champions League, Europa League, League winners) and Fulham (established Prem team) as a joke.

I'm sure you're a nice fella in real life, but the image of an old man walking his dog while some part time team has a kickaround in the local park springs to mind.

You are a grumpy old man V!

Surely there must be some middle ground between the extremes bandied around in this thread whereby our beloved club can grow in a manageable way?

You two do make me laugh :-) ...its not brain surgery lads. I dont want the club to move away from LR but if they had too then a small compact 25k stadium somewhere nearby for me would be the best of bad idea. In my opinion it would be the wrong move for the club if they ended up in a 40k multi purpose stadium in the AirAsia retail outlet just so the board can make loads of money out of it. Dont particulary like or trust Fernandes so not too keen on him and his buddies making loads of money out of us when i think it would ultimately be at the clubs expense. But saying that i can completely understand that i am in the minority and a lot of fans have been sold the glamour and glitz of the prem. Its up to you i respect your opinions.
The one of you who posted he wants us to play in the prem so he can see stars down the Bush...thats the way modern football fans are now i suppose. I am only 45 but as far as i know its a fans job to make the opponents best players feel uneasy and give them a hard time so it benefits your team....not ask for their autograph and have your photo's taken with them but i suppose some fans these days see them more as celebrities than football players? Bit strange but a symptom of modern society i suppose. Now i am not gonna change your minds and you arent gonna change mine so how about we leave it there..you cross your fingers and hope for your London Rangers and ill cross mine and hope something happens to Fernandes :-)

Yep small compact 25k stadium somewhere close by. No music events, no empty seats and no trying to fill the stadium with plastics and tourists (Fulham), no rebranding (Cardiff), no renaming (Hull). Preferably no rich dopey foreign businessmen running the club (Chelsea) but that boat has gone :-)

Maybe some want highly regarded players playing for the R's mate, not just against us. Personally I can't wait for the day when Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs turn up with inferior players than us, expecting a hiding. You know, the way things used to be.

We all want that, just don't fancy 3 or 4 empty seats to enhance my match day 'experience' and the outside of the ground to look like Wembley market with burger / T-shirt / half n half stalls everywhere a la OT
