Whatever happens new ground 25, 30, or 40 k stadium concert venue or whatever, once or if it makes money could form a different company not associated with the club, sell it but keep the land making it a leasehold which would be no better than a ransom note. At the moment Loftus Road may have a property value worth x millions but would be peanuts compared to plans which have been muted on here. I agree with Vespa and the other dissenters that people like TF and Mittals do not put millions into a small outfit like QPR for love, there is a bigger picture than than just football.
