It looks like Cesar is staying

Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari said at a press conference today: ''Hypothetically, Julio has already resolved his situation. He is a goalkeeper that we trust, we admire him as a person and as a goalkeeper. When this European transfer window shuts, his situation will be defined, with him probably staying at the club. From that moment on, he will fight for his position in the team and the manager will be the one who will decide if he wants him in the first team or not.

''The level of the Brazilian second division is very good. The level of the English second division is good. If I'm not mistaken, the ranking of the best competitions in the world are the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and soon after that comes the English second division.''

Hope he enjoys getting splinters in his #### this season because he is not world class and he is not QPRs best keeper

He's got a point about the rankings. Brilliant league this. As for Cesar this isn't great, I get the feeling someone & more importantly Arsenal will pay up though

I wouldn't play him over Green myself, not sure how popular that will be
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

His performances for us were very up and down last season. Both times against Chelsea he was incredible and he was also superb against Tottenham, Norwich and West Ham away. His worst performances was against West Ham at home and against Aston Villa away. I've always liked both Cesar and Green so it wouldn't bother me if either of them left or stayed. I think we should bare in mind that both Cesar and Green had a awful defence in front of them last season. Both are incredible on their day and both of them can have absolute stinkers. I still think Arsenal will make a late bid though

I'd play him over Green all day long, he's a world class keeper and more importantly if he stays he's our world class keeper.

I think clubs like arsenal waiting to see if we are going to crack and let him go for free with a pay off leaving them with a bargain and him with a bumper signing on fee ,
Greene is expenive his self reported £50k a week , I think if anybody is being truthful he hardly fills them with confidence , would you choose Ceaser over Greene well if your'e paying his wages of couse you would rember ther's no room for sentiment or loyalty in football

Personally, I don't think there is a lot to choose between Cesar and Green. In any event, having both of them at the club is good as they will keep each other on their toes competing for the no.1 spot.

He won't be staying anyway. Will go to deadline day and he will get a loan move somewhere, probably with us picking up a percentage of his wage. Still reckon Ar$enal.

Green is perfectly fine for this division & has done well so far. Team unity & bonding is clearly on the up so there's no way Harry will upset the camp by putting Ceaser in goal. He wanted to go so why would we play him? Not a good situation having 2 keepers on probably more than 100k a week combined though.
