Like I keep on posting statistcally he was the best goalkeeper in the prem last season.

a.) He was the best shot stopper statistically actually, not the overall best keeper.
b.) Opta stats do not tell the full story. I remember when we signed Simon Royce the Opta stats said he was one of the best keepers in the country. Decent keeper yes, but not anywhere near the as good as the stats made him out to be.

The fact is Cesar went missing when we needed him most last season. He made costly errors at key moments in big games that we needed to win, particularly against Villa. Then when it became clear we were going down the guy lost interest all together.

From what I've seen of him playing for us he's not as good as he's cracked up to me and his heart definitely isn't in it. Personally I think it's very bad news that he's staying as he is nothing but an overhead (and a signifcant one) for us!

Green is perfectly fine for this division & has done well so far. Team unity & bonding is clearly on the up so there's no way Harry will upset the camp by putting Ceaser in goal. He wanted to go so why would we play him? Not a good situation having 2 keepers on probably more than 100k a week combined though.

Why do some people think Cesar said he wanted to leave? It was Redknapp who said he is too good to play in the Championship and that the board have given him permission to talks to other clubs. All Cesar has said is that he doesn't mind staying and that he and his family are settled in London
