Granted, correct.
However so much of the chat about replacements is unrealistic or a sideways movement when records are compared. Though granted again, a rabid racoon would have abetter record than Ollie has over this tenure. However we are still in the league, we will stay up, we have youth playing. Small tweaks will see vast improvements surely!?Comment

Whatever the cost is its championship football westy! as a rule its pretty much how it is, theres alot of big lumps in this league, so you need the hard side to youre game aswell as playing it on the ground, but this level is very hit n miss, & all teams have poor moments where they go on poor runs, its how you bounce back every time! im paying quite abit to watch, but if i could get to most home and aways and could afford it i would, but probably not all as the football in the championships poor overall! & i do like good football, we show in spells we`re capable but youve goto remember its a young squad, so mistakes will happen westy.opinion mate but mine is there is no real mixing it up it’s pretty much long 90% of the time. No point playing Smith if it’s not
So you would happily pay £30 a game and walk out the match satisfied with what you have seen? Not talking the result I’m talking how we playComment

A small tweak of playing 4-4-2 would make a massive difference IMO but we won't see it because Holloway is convinced the formation he is playing is right.Granted, correct.

You forgot to addIm watching the games and not really wanting to repeat myself like everyone else does, over & over but can see what we are trying to do apart from we`re a couple of players short, we`ve been playing the odd bits of nice stuff but havnt been hard enough in some areas & switching off, that game on saturday was very odd straight from the kick off with both sides, but even though we made horrendus mistakes to help them get their goals, they certainly didnt hammer us in the whole of the game, just on the scoring front, but aided by us giving them space galore. Once again its how we come back from that & once again learn from that! But apart from that ive been enjoying the games but we must cut out the silly switching off errors we`re causing.
In midfield we’ve been doing it for ages. The back lads have been on the front foot stepping in, but for every goal I’ve watched the ball was squared or played slightly forward and that fella could then play forward again. He wasn’t forced to play square or backwards. He wasn’t attacked in an aggressive, front-foot way by my defenders.Comment

Have we been relegated? have we been in the bottom 3 all season? have we played rubbish all the time? are we not intergrating our youngsters into the side? have we spent loads on new players? at the end of the day with spending no money hardly on signings we`re not going to tear the league up overnight from being a struggling outfit are we? it all takes patience and time and alot of you havnt got that and want it all now instant! good luck on that one with no funds.Comment

But we aren't improving Pinks. We haven't been improving at any stage under Ollie's tenure. We dig out the occasional really good result, granted. The rest of the time we are losing games because we are set up wrong from the start, or because the manager has just straight up lost the plot (2nd half Saturday being an example of that). What use is patience if you are not seeing any improvement?Have we been relegated? have we been in the bottom 3 all season? have we played rubbish all the time? are we not intergrating our youngsters into the side? have we spent loads on new players? at the end of the day with spending no money hardly on signings we`re not going to tear the league up overnight from being a struggling outfit are we? it all takes patience and time and alot of you havnt got that and want it all now instant! good luck on that one with no funds.
And don't let the fact we are looking reasonably safe skew this conversation. This league is so utterly poor this season that it would be criminal for this squad to be anywhere near the bottom 3.Comment

Sack him and let the new bloke have 10 games etc to get to know the team before the window opens again.Comment

honest answer in my view yes we have played awful for 90% of the season and no we’re not intergrating the kids, we started for about three games then he went back to smith and Washington and stuck kids on benchHave we been relegated? have we been in the bottom 3 all season? have we played rubbish all the time? are we not intergrating our youngsters into the side? have we spent loads on new players? at the end of the day with spending no money hardly on signings we`re not going to tear the league up overnight from being a struggling outfit are we? it all takes patience and time and alot of you havnt got that and want it all now instant! good luck on that one with no funds.Comment
