On that particular issue the only conclusion I can reach is he simply didn't do his homework there and allowed a rose-tinted view of their past glories to cloud his judgment. Its the only possible explanation, especially considering he began the season going 4-4-2 and only changed to 4-5-1 when AJ's first inevitable injury struck. I bet he's been regretting it ever since, which you can tell by his recent quotes about Leicesters' strikers.

Considering all of the moaning about Harry on here I'm a little surprised at the poll results so far!

Would be madness to make a change now, but by no means is he beyond criticism.

Over 90% of the poll want him to stay so I don't think its quite that bad Fish. Common sense has prevailed thankfully.

There's nothing wrong with having a good moan, that's what keeps the boards going but at the end of the day common sense seems to be prevailing regarding Harry!

Yeah but because 3 teams have dominated english football (4 now with city) there aren't going to be a lot of silverware available for other managers to win

I think fans should remember how Wolves and Blackburn have done since getting relegated. A lot of clubs have struggled in Champs after getting relegated from Prem. Going by our squad from being relegated, i think Harry has done well to ditch the **** we got and make us top 3 at the start of 2014. There is 1 or 2 players that Harry went wrong with but on a whole, i think some supporters should appreciate the job that was needed at the start of the season. Any fan who wants Harry gone, should go be a Chelsea supporter. Not worthy to be an R's fan in my opinion. But going by the poll, the good news is its only a small minority

From the mess he inherited from Hughes he has dismantled and built a side that is capable of being promoted this season . I would say he had done a great job and we are doing better than the likes of Wigan and Reading who were supposed to be a better bet than us to go up. If he was sacked which is laughable who realistically would come in and do a better job?

For those that want Harry out, what manager worth his salt is going to come to a club who sacked their manager when they were 3rd? Think after what MacKay has gone through he'd want to deal with an owner like that?

Can only get what finances allow, and ours seem to mainly allow loans, frees, and out of contract players.

Think some would rather we ended up like Bolton.
