QPR opportunity to sign forward, have been monitoring him, club accept transfer possible
PEC Zwolle chairman Adriaan Visser has told the Dutch media it’s looking likely Youness Mokhtar will leave the club this summer.
The forward will be out of contract at the end of the season and the player has been linked with a move to Queens Park Rangers.
Speaking to Foxsports, Visser was asked about players leaving the Dutch side in the next window and confirmed the QPR target is one of those they could lose.
Earlier this month we covered reports from the Dutch press that QPR are monitoring the situation with Mokhtar ahead of the next window.
QPR will now be able to speak to Mokhtar with regards to a contract, and the possibility to land him on a free transfer in the coming weeks.
The Utrecht born attacker has represented the Netherlands at youth level and Morocco’s U23 team.

BREAKING: New QPR boss Steve McClaren is reportedly insistent on bringing Nottingham Forest's Jamie Ward to the club.
The Northern Ireland forward has just one year left in his contract but apparently #nffc wants around £1.8m from #QPR for the forward.

is there really any point in signing ward aside from the fact he can't handball because he has t-rex arms?
especially at 1.8m, that's ridiculous. 500k is being touted for chris martin though and i'd jump at that but i imagine he wouldn't wanna take a paycut to come to us.
