I just don't get what we're supposed to do with the massive backroom set-up we've been putting in place around Hughes and his team if we sack him. If he goes elsewhere half of that goes with him, and we have to build it all again.
I know calling for patience is pointless at this stage, and I'll keep schtum tonight after this, but step back from this performance and try to consider the repercussions of yet another sacking after 6 games of the season, with near an entire defence injured for half of those.Comment

Typical Mark Hughes. Poor team selection based upon his favourites as opposed to the best players. No change in tactics to counter what the opposition do. No idea how to set up a team. Negative tactics as usual which can be forgiven to a degree if your tean defends well, but this lot haven't a clue. Yet another hugely embarrassing performance from us, resulting in the league position reflecting our performance perfectly.
I think what annoys me most is the certain knowledge that all we will get from him are his usual lame excuses. That along with similar comments from the entire clueless coaching set up and players who don't give a damn.
Oh well, another 45 minutes of excercising the vocal chords. Hope Hughes can hear.Comment

1) Onouha lets in too many goals by not defending back post that's his job
2) Midfield letting their man run on and overload the back four
3) Four defenders out who would walk straight into team
