Completely agree with freshing it up slightly but really surprised Morrison has been dropped to the bench, id always start my best centre halves as that pairing can only go from strength to strength.
I might be proved wrong but first instincts are that without Saito and Burrell, too much speed is removed from the team. The opposition can get nice and comfy
Shocking opening 15 from us. All over the place, no shape and can't hold the ball. Only positive is we haven't conceded. Hopefully we'll liven up soon.
We did settle into the game. This resting/rotating nonsense resulted in us looking like a team of strangers for too much of that half - I noticed that Oxford's A team seem full of vim and vigour, as were Wednesday on Saturday, dunno why we are apparently in need of so much rotation and others arent? Whatever, hopefully we'll see Burrell, Saito and more width and pace 2nd half.
Edgy. Any result still possible. We are giving it a go but Oxford look robust. Still, at least some pace now. That starting eleven of ours definitely helped Oxford settle.
