I watched both the last two games against teams at the bottom and am more convinced that we will not make top six. Its same old, same old!

They weren't bottom on recent form. We're one point off sixth and unbeaten in five games. It wasnt great but we arent losing...come on......!

I noticed that Oxford's A team seem full of vim and vigour, as were Wednesday on Saturday, dunno why we are apparently in need of so much rotation and others arent?

Wed & Oxford can continue playing their best 11 and we'll see where they both are by Xmas when injuries start to pile up. The days of playing 60 games a season and getting pain killer injections to be deemed fit have long gone.

It was a hard watch , I kinda of had a feeling we wouldn't score 20 mins in .
Lucky Oxford didn't nick it at the end at the far post..... awful game .

Yeah a bit disappointing not to break them down and get the 3 points but I like our energy and keenness to attack. I also like the pace we now have in the team. I'm confident we'll get better at creating chances, which don't come easily when a team parks the bus like Oxford did.
I can see us capable of top 10 which is a big improvement on recent seasons - top 6 is an ask but not impossible.

It's in playing the teams especially at home that we are expected to beat that provide the sternest psychological tests in my humble opinion, and the priority appears to be not to lose at the very least ... which thankfully we didn't do these last two games but could so easily have done as we usually appear to do. IF the board, the management and the players wish to progress, then no reason I can see now why we shouldn't.

Was a dire game which we should have won. However Oxford defended very well and gave our forward players very little space, got their tactics spot on. Feel we will do better against other teams who will play more attacking against us as that will leave more space. Last night was a team set out to defend and grind out a point and I doubt we will see too much of that this season against us. Thought Koki looked neat and tidy when he came on but even he got very little change out of their defence.

Not too many positives. Cook thought had a good game. Frey was a good physical presence (if only he was that bit quicker!) but don't think Kone and him can play together unless we are chasing a game and plan on launching desperate balls into the box. Central midfield biggest disappointment for me. Thought Hayden started well enough but faded and barely knew Field was there. If we are going to rest Madsen and/or Varane would rather see Morgan get a game.

I do have to agree with fox. Starting Hayden and Field in the midfield definitely sends out a signal of let's not get beat. For me this was the perfect game to bring in Morgan. I thought he played well at right back v Preston but he's got allot more to offer at centre midfield but the manager seems very reluctant to play him, too small I don't know what he's thinking

Sadly Saito and Kone have been dull in the last 2 game, hopefully that is now over, Bristol City await gentlemen.
