Play stopped for a good 5minutes or so due to a head injury to Targett. Phillips involved in the contact. Looks really bad though for Targett, hasn't moved since he got brought down

I am pretty sure Vargas/Isla would link up with Taarabt. At least better than Hill/Traore......

I'm sorry but Adel Taarabt is absolute quality. His close control, dribbling and some of his touches and passes are different class to anybody else in the squad. Yer he might be a bit of a ####, and yer he might give the ball away more often than not, but we have been crying out all season for a bit of creativity, and hopefully now he can get a run in the team

Problem is those around him don't have the quality to make the runs, bar a few.

Adel got sublime touches but more often than not he over does it . If he could just sort out that part of his game. Plus like already said he hasnt much quality playing around him.

Positive first half. More of the same please. We will improve so much with Yun replacing Hill when he's back, defence is a bit slow with Dunne and Hill both on.

Southampton the better team obviously but like there game last week against Swansea they just cant seem to find that final ball. We still in it at 0 - 0 and we could still nick a goal.
