Very true Deeps I thought at the time it looked like a shot that the keeper should have saved and seeing the replay I defo think Green should have tipped it over the bar

Im starting to think that Greens problem is that he is to involved with what is going on off the pitch and not focused hence why he is so prone to clangers. An example of this was first half he gives the ball short to Carroll who is under pressure (very similar to what he done with Henry at Leicester) who then gets closed down gives it back and Green kicks it out for a throw. The crowd were shouting at him and while the game continued he turned around three or four times with arms open to the crowd waving arms and this is while the game is live and continuing. Other players say they don't hear the crowd and are focused purely on what's happening on the pitch but Green on a number of occasions has gestured to the crowd when they have barracked which to me says he's not 100% focused on the game

West, there have been numerous mistakes by green this year as there have been in almost every season he has played. He is a decent shot stopper but is found wanting when he has to move his feet (why he is beaten so often from long low shots) and very poor at dealing with crosses or dominating his area. All in all a average keeper who is stealing a living at 50k a week. Those that go back to the clean sheet run, but I saw most of those games an he rarely made a save of note.

Don't get me wrong Green did flap at it, but Barton def could have prevented that. Ah well, cemented 4th now so all is good, just pi$$ed me off at the time giving them creatures something to celebrate.

And me, so peed me off. Its like we have to give them points every single time we play them cos we are all shite scared from the fans, stewards, box office , coach driver all, the way up to to the players. So farking annoying that goal.
