Of course it hurts. As a grown man I cried in Cardiff after the play off final. Sometimes it hurts like hell. But over the years of supporting QPR losing doesn't exactly come as a shock to me. I go through brief periods of expecting to win (such as the year we went up) but mostly I'm resigned to lots of loses. All I was trying to say about Gaza was not to have some big political discussion but to say there are more important things to worry about. I've had some difficult things to cope with in my life the last year or so as I'm sure you have at some point (assuming you are over a certain age). So I try to put football in perspective. And when it goes wrong I try not to just lash out (sack Hughes, abuse Fernandes, whatever) but step back and look at the situation. Under Briatore I had no confidence in the board but so far Fernandes has proved himself an excellent chairman and I am prepared to admit he is in a better position to make a decision on if/ when to sack Hughes than I am or even you are.Comment

yer i have wall chart up on my wall which i gather all the information and then i scale it 1 to 10 on how good a supporter someone is...10 being a die hard only has QPR in his life super supporter and 1 being you :-)Comment

Are there problems in Isreal? Next you'll be saying there's issues in Iraq and Afghanistan....bloody cruel world we live in!Comment

haha, you've got to be a 10 sadly!..............me, using that scale, probably a 6 or 7 for over fifty years now! Isn't age a wonderful thing - it affords one the maturity and insight of perspective.

OK You are saying it is a another thread but most people so far have failed to address the subject. I thought this was a forum to discuss QPR and so at this time it is not surprisingly that some of the threads seem similar as most people are preoccupied with the same subject.
This thread was addressed to the pro Hughes camp and was asking if there was a time when they feel he should be replaced if the results continue as they are:
1) after the Southampton game (if we do not win decisively).
2) In three or four weeks if we are still bottom
3) At Christmas (if we are still in the bottom of three)
4) At the end of the season if we go down

I would add one more: When Tony Fernandez feels it's time! At the end of the day he will obviously be the one making the decision, he's the boss!OK You are saying it is a another thread but most people so far have failed to address the subject. Problem is Jane, labelling people "pro-Hughes". We are all Rangers fans and it just happens to be confirmed on thread after thread, that some are just able to cope better with all the frustration and disappointment. Pretty sure all of us would like to see Hughes turn this around right now and go on to have great success at our club. But all the time it looks like no real progress is being made, the less rational amongst us, (or better, more passionate and more knowledgeable in their view) get themselves so worked up that even the likes of Redknapp and Martinez appear viable options.OK You are saying it is a another thread but most people so far have failed to address the subject. like to see how rational you would be after a day of work with constant digs from Spuds/Gooners/Scum/Palace fans...even Charlton fans are taking the **** ffs!.
