To be fair His Fulham side were bottom on Boxing Day, he finished 8th. Not saying he can manage that again but you never know what's gonna happen. Guess it just depends whether the board actually do intend sticking by him. Personally I hope so, but I can understand people who want a change. It's not enjoyable at the moment.
