He has indeed had his day in court. He won the case. Which Barton retrospectively denied in a high profile way recently, libeling his victim in the process. As has already been explained to you he has every right to reply. But its always leaped on if anyone says anything questioning the god-like, big boy status of "Joey" (how gay is that BTW, to all those for whom "gay" is an insult?) among his little group of homo-erotic followers who feel all turned on by the nearest hint of violence because it makes them feel a little bit less inadequate. Hey ho.

Sounds to me as though you're the one with thing about using gay as an insult love. By saying "how gay is that" you are inferring that being gay is wrong/something to be ridiculed. Then you refer to anyone that thinks JB has been harshly dealt with as "homo-erotic followers" I think you need to have a look at the forum rules petal, and don't get in such a tizzy. I notice you do seem to lose it first and easiest of all the mods and start chucking the insults around when your argument makes no sense. ###

Vblock that's very decent of you to spell it out for him; think he needs a bit of help in the learning department, judging by the number of times he has been politely asked to tone down his unpleasantness and yet carries on regardless. From memory Quaz was very understanding the first 50 or 100 times our Paul made some snide remark to him. I gave the points and have plenty more here for him if he wants them - wouldn't want the poor lamb to feel he is being short changed.

Matty, You are 100% correct, but they cant bring anything to the table to justify this victimisation, so don't hold your breath waiting.
