Dodo or whatever his name is nobody in my book has only come out with this because he doesn't like JB getting favourable exposure in the French press, which is just childish, he got his day in court and the matter has been settled

He has indeed had his day in court. He won the case. Which Barton retrospectively denied in a high profile way recently, libeling his victim in the process. As has already been explained to you he has every right to reply. But its always leaped on if anyone says anything questioning the god-like, big boy status of "Joey" (how gay is that BTW, to all those for whom "gay" is an insult?) among his little group of homo-erotic followers who feel all turned on by the nearest hint of violence because it makes them feel a little bit less inadequate. Hey ho.
