Have mixed feelings about him. He has won many trophies, but ultimately with us he will be at right back and whenever i saw him defend he didn't fill me with confidence. Always looks good going forward though.

At times last year the whole Chelsea defence seemed a bit shaky, but as a poster just stated it improved when Di Matteo took over.IOW, I think we´ll have to wait to see what instructions Mark Hughes will give him.

the guys has bags of experience. With him and fabio/traore we have full backs who are very comfortable with the ball at their feet, this in turn will mean we will have more possession in games (if derry doesnt play haha) as they will support the midfield and not panic when the ball is passed to them. Also people worry about him defensively where he is not great that is true, but luke young got skinned time n time again, as did bradley orr before him and neither of those had the attacking prowess of bosingwa. Onouha is ok but he's not a full back in my eyes. Potentially this could be a very good signing.

Are people serious when they say they would rather have Onuoha at RB than Bosingwa? I though Onuoha was a class signing when we got him but he has been very poor for us anywhere he has played. Bosingwa isn't the best defensively but Onuoha has been poor going forward and defending. Bosingwa is a massive step up.

Think we may have missed out on a few targets to sign Bosingwa. None of my Chelsea mates rate him at all. Have to wait and see how he does for us.

Ludicrous comment and more evidence that our fans are growing as spoilt as those fake fans down the road. Whether u like it or not chelsea are champions of europe and have ab incredible squad. A couple of years ago we had bob malcolm and curtis at full back. Yet u r turning your nose up at a portugal international who bossed the defence to get chelsea into the chammpions league final. I give it two years and some on here will be turning their noses up at messi.
