Hard to say really, the FA are always inconsistant with decisions in Football I wouldn't be surprised if they let him off or fine him a very small fee ie £1000

the thing that has upset me is the way terry has dealt with this. if he had turned round at the beging and said " i said what i said it was a stupiod thing to say and i am sorry" i would have said fair enough. i dont think he is raciest. cole would not be in the dock standing up for him otherwise. What i have hated through the whole thing is he has acted disgracefully through the whole thing. Now back to origanal question if aton or diakite or any of black players said some stupid and got caught i would hope they had the ******** to admit and say sorry. and suffer what is dealt to them.
