I think the 2 most relevant things are:

Anton has not used racist language towards Terry.

Anton did not report the use of racist language by Terry. He wasn't even aware of the claim until much later. Which in itself is enough to prove that Terry is lying as you wouldn't be denying something, prior to being accused of it. Surely even the stupidest of judges can see that.
