Swans and Norwich spent most of last season going on about us going to self destruct mode. It was therefore very gratifying seeing their managers make hasty exits not to mention the shambolic Grant Holt saga.

The other thing no one else gets is the extent of Mittal commitment to Rs, that's why they think its boom and bust. But who's laughing now? ;)
