Eight reasons why Queens Park Rangers will (probably) avoid relegation from the Barclays Premier League

    Adel is back!
    Buz might be back!
    Beefed up defence
Zamisse: A potentially potent strike pairing
    Still some winnable fixtures.
    Three worse teams?
Shaun Wright-Philips can’t get much worse
Barton to (finally) earn his money?

"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

That's the spirit!!! Although might be better if you drop "probably" out of the title

      Adel is back! (hope so)
Buz might be back! (maybe but for how long?)
      Beefed up defence (Yes)
Zamisse: A potentially potent strike pairing (Yes, despite that idiot Cisse getting a 3 game ban)
      Still some winnable fixtures (absolutely)
      Three worse teams? (most likely)
Shaun Wright-Philips can’t get much worse (dunno about that)
Barton to (finally) earn his money? (unlikely, earning bout 25% id say so far)

Good post and great link. If all can raise their game to Adel's level we should be ok.

Hang on! Adel had a good 20mins against wolves and apart from that has been average at best for the whole of the season, in fact so much so that the majority on here wouldn't be sad to see the back of him, and now all the sudden he has set the standard for the team for the rest of the season!

Adel is back! Only real positive
Buz might be back! not really that big a deal
Beefed up defence dodgy keeper, dodgy LB & RB
Zamisse: A potentially potent strike pairing Cisse banned for the 3 most pivotol games of the season and cost us the last match
Still some winnable fixtures. Like Wolves & Norwich were
              Three worse teams? debatable
Shaun Wright-Philips can’t get much worse or much better?
Barton to (finally) earn his money? clutching at straws

Fair post. I do think we need a lot of things to click into place though. Didn't Clive Woodward say once that his philosphy was all about improving lots of little things by 1%> His logic was that if you nudged performance up in 25 simple areas by 1% you'd achieve a net 25% boost in total performance.

Absolute nonsense. Watch this and tell me he was 'only good for the last 20'

                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6Xm5r6gJk4

And then watch the videos from his previous few matches. And Newcastle at home, Wolves away, even Chelsea at home etc etc.

Why is he judged so differently? Yes, everything Adel tries wont come off all the time. But if Derry had a twenty minute spell of winning every tackle and keeping the ball you wouldn't rant about the other 70 minutes, would you?
