Daily Mail was nothing to do with SM mate. Her face/cardy didnt fit with Flavio. Anyone trying to tie her to GP as a negative about GP have it all wrong. They get on and, as Pete says, he's in her top three of Chairman. But heck..what does she know..shes got to be wrong on that.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...iece-work.html
I thought she was sacked for leaking the story to the daily mail, what is the bit more to it bit ?Comment

To 'spin' Faurlin's transfer was stupid bearing in mind rules and regulations around transparancy. I know other (if not most) clubs do similar at times, to exagerate from 600k to 3.5M is undeniably stupid.
But worse still, to even think the average QPR fan would be so impressed with smashing our record transfer fee for an unknown Argentinian, from an unheard of 2nd division club, that they would rush out to buy a season ticket on that basis alone, is incredibly naive.
I've still never met a single QPR supporter that thought we paid that. Even GP denied it on a radio show, I recall.
Perhaps lessons will be learnt, but I'm not holding my breath.
Anyway, important thing is we're a Premier League side now ! "Championi......"Comment

Thats the problem with heresay and people passing opinions onto others.
By the time it gets to 100th person it loses all credibility.
Sheila's departure had nothing to do whatsoever with the Daily Mail

Of course it didn't. But it would have been nice if we had got a decent replacement in rather than leaving it to whoever is dealing with it now.
Would have been nice if we had thanked her for her work for the club as well.A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....

Could not agree with you more H and I still find it a disgrace that she is no longer and what makes it even worse she is QPR through and through and still attends all home games
In fact she was next to me in JU last Saturday waving her flagComment

We haven't agreed on a lot in the past Mate, but you won't get any argument from me on this.
A very sad moment in our history.
I hope you gave her a big hug at the final whistle.

Brighton.. Thanks for the response. Shame you had to dig up the 30k thread again, I thought we had discussed that via pm and moved on. Anyway, just to clarify again incase you have forgotten, I was told of that "rumour" of paladini receiving 30k per transfer by eghamhoop aka moon safari. He played golf with a former players brother who worked for the club at the time and he was usually spot on with his behind the scenes knowledge. Whether that was true or not who knows, but it came from him and it was not fabricated by myself.
I do not believe paladini was innocent with faurlins transfer shenanigans, but I do believe he done what he had to do to get him with the clubs interests at heart. Thankfully the board have asked him to retire so now we really can move onComment
