Problem is we love a scapegoat.

Early indications were it was going to be Ikeme, now Priskin has claimed Number 1 spot.

Poor fella will now get booed and abused until the end of season.

Thats they way it goes. You'll right I am not in the majority.

Can we all just calm down.
We won a game that doesn't mean priskin has a right to play but Warnock knows what he is doing so lets just all enjoy the last few days
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Okay... Priskin played the majority of the game at right midfield. That is a fact, not an opinion. Anyone who cannot see that should have a serious word with themselves.

I think Priskin is the type of player fans, who are charged up, love to hate. He doesn't do himself any favours by going down at the slightest touch when challenged, especially in the air. If Priskin concentrated on being strong, especially upper body strength, he would hold off players better. However he kind of leans back and goes for being fouled, and tonight he wasn't getting any free kicks like that.

As for headers, any centre half losing headers from long balls should be sacked. The occasional one, maybe, but those are meat and drink to any decent centre back. Fans moaning that Priskin or anyone didn't win header from goal kicks etc have little knowledge of football. Centre forwards rarely win those, it is the second ball that counts

Priskin could do himself a favour by being less of a nancy, but his contribution has not been rubbish as some are saying.

Re- "Warnock kept him on for a reason."

the reason warnock kept him on is so he can have once last look at him, he will be gone.

he is not a warnock type player!! come on you cant defend him, he is exactly what the ipswich fans said- lazy.

and in regards to hogan, he was putting his foot in everywhere, making tackles. oh and remember saturday when he ran back all the tot he corner flag to see a ball out and got a standing ovation- THATS WHY HE IS PLAYING, NO COMPARISON TO PRISKIN

Defensively, only Hill concerned me today, but as a whole they coped comfortably with an awful Plymouth. Barring 1 free header in the 1st half.
Can't believe Plymouth will escape the drop.

Taarabt was MotM for me, shame he can't get past 70 odd mins.
Hogan was lively at times, Faurlin had a good game, and one of Legs better games. He did all the simple things well.

Simpson ran his legs off again, but possibly one of his less inpressive shooting displays. Should have scored in both halves, and was unlucky with another disallowed for offside - looked close from the Loft.

Sorry Pete, Priskin was pants, apart from winning the pen.
You say defenders win most headers, but I don't recall Donny CH getting much change from German.
Honestly, I would prefer either Bent or German ahead of Priskin.

Still, we won back to back for the 1st time in ages and kept a clean sheet for the 1st time since Oct.
We've had too many games where most peoples 1st choice starting XI have failed us. It was always likely that NW would shake it up a little and I fully expect to be frustrated by some of his selections in the weeks, months, years to come. But that's ok whilst we win more than we don't.

The first target is to reach safety, then start looking at German, Balanta, etc.

Onwards and upwards, whisper it but we might just get something out of the next couple of games also.....

I have to disagree. Simpson was almost always up front. Adel was almost always in the free role. Priskin was almost always on the right. When Buzz came on , he did a straight swap for Adel, in the free central role.

It's like pulling teeth sometimes on here!

priskin was not MOM by a long chalk, its not dividing, its giving an opinion.

Cook can misplace a ball, Buzz can mis-place a ball. Not a word. In fact Buzsacky has got away for about 2 months playing pants, yet Priskin has just joined and already he is number 1 boo boy.

Sorry, Priskin did not play up front and was not the worse player on the pitch, but long way from being the best.

I am getting criticised, yet Warnock kept him on.

The fact he left him on, because he didn't do much is beyond belief. They are the very reasons you take a player off and Warnock didn't do that.

On corners, he stayed up. But he did come back, more than I have ever seen him before actually. He definitely played, in open play, behind Simpson. Anyway, we won!

                                Personally thought
                                Priskin played better than

Hogan, Hill, Vine, Buzz, Cook (3 of them came on)

                                tonight
