  • Sack him today

It's like watching a Sunday league side .
Manager has to go , he can't get them playing .
They look unfit , no tactics.
Players strolling about , no pride ....
    Embarrassing.

A few weeks ago I posted 1 years 4 months is the average time in charge for our managers in the last 55 years..

    Tommy Doherty lasted 29 days.

How long will this bloke last?
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Its not only the manager. We have no leaders in this team. Cook is the only one. Dunne was all over the place and clearly not fit. As for dembele, why we spent 2m on a child with the strength of a 6 year old is baffling.

Signing secomd rate back up players like Adamson and pearman. Our 3m striker not on the bench just tells us that the club have finally realised they have effed up.

It was toxic there in the away end. I left after the 7th. Most left at ht. Why is the manager high fiving players coming off??

He clearly doesn't have the mentality or the fear factor for the players to produce that performance. Genuinely could not believe only 2 subs at ht. Taking off kolli?? Burell looks miles.out of his depth.

We will look crap in league 1 aswell. Where are the MC haters now??

No one seems to want to look at the owners. We been trash for years. Punching above our weight. Getting lucky. The squad has been weak for years. Weak defence. Must be the only football team that doesn’t believe in a striker. The owners are at fault.

Agreed. He has no idea how tough the championship is.
We don't need to wait, preseason has shown what he's about.
          Get him out!

Thing is Reuben has been keeping the club going and just because of that he shouldn't be blamed.
A Neil Warnock team wouldn't have started like we have.
            He knows man management.
We have some decent players, we need someone to give them viable tactics

And who do we get in to replace him? Is anyone going to work with a development squad because that is pretty much what we have become, Nourry and De Souza as good as said that at the fans forum, Be brave, don’t deviate from the process even if things are bad, we need your support, young players will make mistakes, blah blah blah.

Problem is this is unlikely to work in the Championship, by all means have 3-4 players to produce and sell on but not half the squad. So if we stick with the “process” do we then become a producer of Championship players in League One? Basically the modern day Crewe Alexandra

No. It is not Reuben's fault - he is bankrolling the club. BUT.... he needs to take a long hard look at his board/executives and ask himself if they are delivering.

I've seen some dross watching us over past 50yrs but this afternoon was the worst I can recall. Went for a wee at 6-0, heard 7th go in and just headed for the exit. Right now I think Nourry should leave the building too but, it's Reuben's call.

At one point dembele was muscled off the ball and stood there as the cov player drove on it led to a goal . At no time did he make any effort to try and retrieve the ball .
He's a fit young man that should be running himself into the ground for the cause , who buys these show ponies that only want to play when the ball is at their feet !
Any decent manager would of hauled of the shirkers at HT .
I fear he can't motivate the dressing room , lacks a tactical plan and has had his day.
Makes the team selection at Plymouth a farce because he wanted to keep his first team fit , for what to get beat at Watford and well and truly shafted at Coventry.

Many have written astutely about "Project QPR" and it seems certain that is what we are witnessing. Nardi would surely start each game if this were not so. Whilst one can see the merits of such a scheme, our attempts at introducing this are ham fisted and allow no time for gradual integration. It's hard to know who is mainly to blame for our predicament but blinkered and ill advised thinking would seem to abound throughout the club.

                            Nonsense reactive thread.

I get it, we are all hurting tonight.

Let's get a fit squad, a settled team, and a bit more patience and maturity from us.

                            Patience, folks, patience.

It’s actually got me wondering, is this the reason Marti started to look elsewhere, as Nourry and De Souza dictated that this will be the way forward from this season onwards?
