Let's get a fit squad, a settled team, and a bit more patience and maturity from us.

    Patience, folks, patience.

Sadly, just for the past 54 years…

Cool heads. Literally our only sensible option right now.

I don't think it will help changing manager. We need to sack Hoos , Nourry , Belk and Williams , they want us to be a developement club and not a football club.
The best way to develop players is win football matches then introduce your youngsters gradually. Being in a crap losing side playing football that we are'nt good enough to play will harm players not develop them.

A lot will depend on who we bring in. Only prob is that Belk is the one choosing the players. God help us. Who would want to join us after that display today?

I think that on the whole we are a very patient lot who would never swap shirts like glory boys. Unfortunately, this patience and loyalty of ours can also be taken for granted and used as an excuse to perpetually justify inactivity.

When relations started to sour with Marti last season - before the Brom "incident" - I wondered whether it was because Marti had approached the management with an alternate plan to face a particular team, the sort of thing a manager has traditionally been responsible for, and had been rebuffed and told to follow the 4-2-3-1 established plan. Obviously, he'd signed the new contract so had technically committed to that idea but you can only go along to get along for so long in any job and maybe had wondered whether he had some leeway to use what expertise he possessed as an actual manager if he could present a rational alternative.

I have no ITK knowledge to back that speculation up. I do have some experience of being in that position of having to chip away at the "one true path" style of managerial thinking so I have, and retain, a wide degree of sympathy with Marti's position. If we're seeing history repeating with JS then there's a common link.

Warbs basically went cos he was being compelled to play homegrown talent that he didn't rate.

Cifuentes came in and wasn't much cop but he got rewarded with a new contract when we were in the bottom 3. I suspect this was purely cos he was Nourry's yes-man and biatch. Cifuentes eventually found his balls and engineered an exit.

This unknown French clown comes in. Some of our excessively bookish fans with some A-levels inexplicably talked him up, presume they are trying to flex and parade their knowledge of world football?. But, they are pee'ing in the wind - he hasn't got a clue what to do, he's a rabbit in the headlights. I don't blame him, he should never have been hired. Nourry is the virus and scourge of this club. He's gotta go.

This is not "knee-jeek" at all. It's culmination of at least 2 years of shambles that has Nourry's prints all over it.

I cant remember anyone talking up JS because he was an unknown quantity. But he has managed over 200 games in the French League and surely there was no need to write him off before he'd even started. Im sure there were key players that Nourry wanted to step up, but I very much doubt he and JS will do that blindly to the point of relegation. Im sure there'll be discussions about those not cutting it very shortly. We are three games into the season, with money in the bank and a week left of the transfer window.

It's going to be interesting seeing how Marti does this season, how he plays. We can say Ainsworth found his level in league two but he's doing alright eh.

We feel like a club of failures. Anyone who comes in with good stock, they tend to lose it, anyone who leaves, feels like they go onto better things.

Frankly it's amazing we're still in the divison.

Julian gets another game before I'm saying out. Any team in the world can have a terrible half or match, we only lost the second half 2-1. The signs are there, we don't look good, and he doesn't give the vibes of a man that has the answer. If we lose the next one in a poor fashion, against the mighty Charlton, the writing is on the wall.

Trouble is sacking him at the start of September we will end up paying yet another manager for a period of time for doing naff all and Nourry will look a bigger donut for hiring and firing either way regardless of a shite 45 mins and lost 2nd 45 2-1 they could of put u15s out and still beat us

were are slow with and without the ball unfit sloppy in possession we even took the umpteenth restart at put the ball straight out of play

all in all it’s a sh it show of a club at present

If we lose on sat then the owners need to step up and tell Nourry to go aswell as the manager. They are allowing this sh1tshow to play out in full view of the fans. Any chance our owner can release a statement to even acknowledge our loyal and long suffering fans and apologise for that sh1te on Saturday??

The fans hate Nourry, Belk and Williams. JS is in no man's land at the moment. A bad loss on sat will see no only a new man put in charge but I also think a lot of fans will turn their backs on this club. I stayed until the 7th went in on sat and then headed out. I am still disgusted by that performance now and many others probably still feel the same.

Its #### or get off pot time for someone senior at the club to make a decision. And im not talking about this little posh ar5ewipe who is playing football manager on his laptop in real life.

Why are we so unfit? Why do we have no senior recognised full backs, why are we playing a 35 year carthorse instead of our new signing who got motm on debut, why do we have players going down with cramp 3 games into a new season?

Why do we sign a guy for 3m and then find out he can only play for 45 mins in case he breaks?

This ridiculous obsession with playing out from the back has to stop. We are crap. We cant do it. So stop.

Get the keeper to kick the ball up the pitch and away from our goal cos we all know what happens when we do give the ball away on the edge of our box.

Its baffling what goes on at this club.
