Good for him, hope he does well and is happy there.
Not sure why West Brom, Norwich etc. all passed or never had him on the radar but Leicester did.

Another good sign of QPR recruitment that another manager is poached from us, the 2nd in 3 years?
Will keep good managers wanting to come to us and manage here, which can only help us out in the long run.
Would rather they stop forcing their way out, but hey-ho here we are with hopefully our 3rd good manager out of the last 5.

Wonder how long this has been on the radar for and I wonder if Nardi not playing has anything to do with this.
I could see Leicester wanting a new keeper and Nardi would be a great signing for any team.
I think i'd be ok with him going too, assuming it was for decent money.
Even if he was good for us last season I have faith in the two youngsters we've got and its about time we gave them a chance.

I would love to know the ins and outs of this to understand if this is true.

There could be something about Nourry. Seen a social post, don't remember from who saying QPR are the best run club in the division at the moment, given the fact we have the square root of f*** all in terms of budget, we are doing well. A squad value of £2 million and we're still here.

He's got a point, for all the negativity sometimes it really does feel like corners are being turned.

I guess we'll find out if Marti was any good very very soon.

I’ll give Marti credit in keeping us up when we looked doomed in his first 6 months last season was abject boring to watch mainly apart from a 10 week ish spell.

Looked to greener pastures let’s see what Leicester is with him last decade they’ve been mainly steady but had a proper cf in Vardy he’s left squads not that good but tonked us in fa cup got massive financial problems according to local mates and fans not happy about direction of the clubs in he may do well he may fall flat on his face and at Leicester if you don’t do well they let you know big time and the better forest and villa oddly over derby the worse it is

he’s in for a tough gig imo with his style of play but he’s made his bed time to climb into it 250k lighter

Yes watching his first game for Leicester will be very interesting. Can’t imagine why they think he’s such a good prospect. Will certainly need a good start to the season

Hes cheap compared to Dyche and is paying (reduced wages) to cover half the compo deal.

He has two years championship experience and kept us up. Hes there to stabilise the ship whilst they sort out their finances.

Marri would probably work for free for the first season. Hes been overlooked for every other championship job, and he knows hes ####ed things up recently and any job will do to repair his very tarnished image.

                  IMO!!

My opinion they only appointed him because they are skint and he is cheap. He is an ok manager but nothing special and his football is very boring.
The Leicester fans were moaning about Maresca who is now at Chelsea , saying that his football was boring , well they are in for a big shock when they see Marti ball.

In the 56 years of supporting the Rangers, we have had 42 Mangers, they last an average of 1 year and a few months.

Monsieur Stephen will be bucking a very long trend if he’s still here next Christmas.

After today, he sadly may not see out this Christmas.

To be fair, we have been going through a financial reset for at least 5 yrs. Takes time to unravel the largesse of previous regimes/eras but Sir Les did a good job biting the bullet and staring the process that's now got us to the stage of being on a much sounder financial footing and with us fans, for the most part, being on board with it all and accepting we have to cut our cloth according to our means. Is good if our financial prudence is getting recognised and we get mentioned in dispatches as being well run.
