I gave myself a permission to start panicking next week, if we donīt have a head coach at the end of next week

Much as I’d like a solution no need to panic. I’m sure cifuentes will want to get a job somewhere and he’s damaging himself the longer he’s on gardening leave.

If I was CN I'd certainly be dropping our compensation clause in Marti's contract. There doesn't seem too much interest in him, so why would any club pay us compo to get him off our payroll.....time is moving on.

yes apparently the average stay of a championship manager is just over 9 months - the likes of hull , cardiff luton and to a degree us help that average of course!

Marti got nothing to gain from taking another job can sit in his garden with pay until his contract expires the clubs the one losing out we probably can't finance another manager whilst paying Marti the closer the season gets the more probable Xavi calm and Kevin Betsy will do pre season

Yep he may get picked up by another club and we get some compensation but equally his record of sequence losses don't look good on his record neither does his style of play paint drying with a scattering of decent performances

Whoever put Marti on gardening leave has screwed up massively.

It's a monumentally short sighted decision, that must be more a personal falling out than a professional one. There is nothing professional about this situation.

I saw Carrick mentioned in an article.

Fantastic player, got Borough going ok, beat us afew times. Of the UK coaches getting mentioned he's the best i've heard.

Doubt he'll come on down to Landan but never know.
