Agree teams have sussed us out. Let us have possession because we won't do an awful lot with it. Strikers all off form but to be fair getting next to no decent service. Defence looks vulnerable.

Earlier in the season we were solid at the back and posed a threat at the other end but a lot of the time the midfield was doing nowhere near enough and we were nicking results rather than controlling games.

Do not understand how both Stef and Charlie are so different to last season. It wasn't that long ago! Stef was different class and Charlie looked dangerous, albeit maybe not full 90 minutes.

We need to take some out of sorts players out for a while and change the system. Play two up top but get more balls into the box to give them something to attack otherwise they will be wasted. Two strikers with Willock and Chair buzzing around should in theory cause all kinds of problems to most teams in this division. We have a reasonable choice of CBs and decent goalie or two. Whilst we have our limitations we have enough to be able to change things around a bit and get back on track. More of the same is unlikely to be the answer.

I don't care about promotion but I'm bored to hilt with the style we play, fannying around, going backwards and side to side around the CH's, example last night 2 down and 5 minutes to go, it took 10 passes to get over the HWL, Millwall just sat deep and hardly broke sweat!

Chair is an issue. I don't think this league can afford him and Willock in the same team, in the setup they are in. Chair's issue is he is not as good as he think he is, even though he is talented enough to put in good performances often enough, if that makes sense.

Stef would be alot better with a more dynamic front pairing, and someone winning the ball behind and next to him. He needs pace to make spaces to play into, He has none himself and neither does the team really, so looks terrible, he's not good enough to adapt. He did great last year as our formation clicked. It's now getting found out.

What really needs to happen is a formation change, play Willock and Chair on the flanks if they both must start, maybe it'll teach Ilias to pass once in a while. Chris will be great on the right, can drift inside.

Sanderson is a good shout for right back.

Part 2 is correct, hands bitten right off for sure.

But many fans see this for what it is, a league position that had been boosted by some fortunate goals at the right time, rather than half a season of standout performances. We have played very well at times this season but it has been tapering off, and the last few games have been very poor, and we can see why. It is also born of frustration in that we have a real opportunity to succeed this year, if we are beaten by the better teams so be it, but to throw it away would be disappointing.

If having the opportunity to climb to second in the league is not motivation enough I don’t know what is. I think amongst other emotions the biggest one we all feel is FRUSTRATION because we know how bloody good we can play. We need to get our mojo back

Spot on about Chair! I personally don't think we can play with Stef, Chair and Willock all in the same side. To be more competitive and not keep getting over run in the MF areas, only 1 of those should be starting. It isn't obvious to see that Willock is the stand out player from those 3. I'd rather be solid and compact than get outplayed each week.

Agree can't have the 3 of them on the pitch at the same time . None of them combative . They dont do the defensive side of the game

You could if MW acknowledged the strengths of the squad and setup accordingly. At least 2 of them anyway. But in the current setup, 1 only for sure and based on this season, that is willock.

But for how long? If we keep getting beat every game and Warbs keeps putting out the same team week in, week out, same tactics, same square and back slow build up play and results continue to get worse we will only start to slide down the table and out of play off positions! We need to start winning the MF battle, and we will not achieve this playing Chair, Stef and Willock together. Too many passengers! This is how we are getting over run!
