Another Swansea site says they paid £500,000 for him,either way miles off what some on here felt we would get for him,somebody mentioned £5 million.
in the end it was a case of taking whatever anyone offered for him .
Still no confirmation of BOS signing a new deal,if we go into January window we could face the same situation .

Manning is dross as a defender, he's an average midfielder at our level and that's where his value is but given his attitude to a club which put him on the map I think we're well rid.

everyone is assuming that Swansea will play Manning at Left back - Maybe they have just signed a pretty decent Left sided Midfielder ? a position we should have played him rather than making a square peg fit a round hole. He was always a midfielder who was made to play left back. Maybe that's why he wanted to leave.
