I was one that thought Holloway would get the players fired up and playing with passion. I forgot he was as clueless tactically as he is. Seems to be no game plan other than lump it forward which is failing miserably. He doesn't know how to get the most of the players strengths. And sticking with his one failing formation has shown how limited he is. Trouble is LF is his mate and will do anything he can to try and keep Ollie in a job to save his own skin while in doing that is making it worse as the season goes on. The board need to act now to save the season from getting much worse. But i don't think they know how to make it better.

No one has asked for wingbacks, and no one has asked for zero wingers. This is one of the main causes of the predicament we now find ourselves in, and Holloway has stubbornly and blindly persisted with it all season long, even though most people can see it clearly does not suit us, and nor do we have the players to fit that system. But we have debated this point 855 times now mate, so I reckon it's best to agree to disagree, don't you?
