After 14-15 months in the job it must have dawned on the great man like it has the fans that our strikers are #### poor and that is where his know how as an experienced manager should come into play and a system should be used where either our wide players score a few or our midfielders chip in reguarly. Unfortunately we play with no wide men and our midfielders for all their good work do not hit the often enough. By now he should have sussed that out but that would mean thought, logic and tactical awareness and our management team on not exactly blessed in that department.

Looking at today’s fixtures, can’t see teams down the bottom changing very much if at all, so 8 point gap should be intact come 5.00pm so now is a good time to Thank Olly for his services to the club and move on, giving the new manager a buffer of a few points to get a new formation in place !

The real problem for us is Les. No grown up gaffer wants to be a schmuck and be answerable to a DoF who experience wise isn't fit to wipe their backside.
