Yeah, but completely unproven at top level, hence overrated imo. He could prove great in the prem ala Austin and Vardy, and prove value for money long term, but could equally flop like many other free scoring lower league players have.Comment

Wouldnt pay that sort of money for him personally, can understand what people see in him (decent goal record outside prem) but think he lacks that x factor or whatever it is to be a top, top striker. Thinks its telling when no prem clubs have been linked with him alsoComment

He must have wanted to sign knowing they will probably be promoted. Greedy he is. He is good but no experience in the a premiership so yet he isn't worth that at all. I'd say he should be getting around 30-40 at most and if he say gets 15-20 goals in first season in prem he can get pay rise. ToComment

Todays footballers continue to amaze me with their ridiculous demands. Very much the reason fans and players are so far apart these days. So he would prefer to stay at Blackburn, of course he wouldn't but his greed will price him out of playing in the Prem anytime soon, although no doubt some idiot will agree to pay it eventually.Comment
