They are like bunch of spotty teenagers in their first job in McDonald's , they seriously haven't got a clue. I mean they might as well have sold Austin for £12m in the summer and used that money to rebuild. Why wasn't a new contract given to Austin upon promotion to the premiership , just a huge lack of knowledge, common sense and organisation at the club, decision after decision I can see they are making is wrong.
For people claiming to be top businessmen I have my reservations as it looks like they would struggle to run a corner shop let alone a football club

This is true. Still should've got more than 4M though… Afobe just went for 10M. Charlie is easily top 5 English strikers. Should have never let his contract run down.

The whole setup is laughable. Our owners know absolutely #### all about football and have delegated to a load of inept fools. Our DOF is not qualified for the job. Our coaches are evidently substandard. Most of the players just don't care.

I mean how can McCormack demand a transfer fee of £10mil when he's never played a premiership match , yet Austin gets 17 goals last season and we only get 4 mil, it's laughable. Should have been a case of Austin either signing a new contract in the summer just gone or we should have sold him. Could have improved our squad dramatically with the funds recieved for him and we would be pushing for automatics in my eyes. Also should have kept the experienced, reliant Neil warnock on until at least the end of the season and anyone who says he didn't want the job is talking rubbish.
