Agree up to a point. The problem is, a lot of the younger players already brought in from lower league clubs haven't really pulled their weight either. The likes of Gladwin, Luongo and JET will need to really stand up and be counted once this anticipated 'fire sale' gets into full swing.

Warnock done it. He mixed grafters with a little bit of quality. Goes along way in this league.

Main thing rught now is getting rid of the dead wood who dont care and rebuilding a team that can challenge for the play offs next year. If that takes 18 months or 2 and half years so be it.

Sorry mate but with FFP looming and a potential transfer embargo on the cards, talk of promotion next year is premature to say the least.
