This board is getting ridiculous these days.

People want another one of our managers out after 8 games... It's verging on embarrassing.

I'm not sure how long i can stomach posting on here anymore (cue comments of 'dont let the door hit you on the way out' in true WATRB fashion), it's that bad. I'm glad a lot of the members on here are not the majority of Rangers fans.

The issue isn't really that people want JFH out after 8 games, it is that our most successful manager in the past decade (who got us promoted out of this division) stepped in for 4 games and turned the results around. He seemed shocked/surprised/disappointed when announcing that he would be in charge for his final game and so people are comparing the impact he had, with the impact JFH had. At the moment it is all whispers and guesses as to what happened, but putting up Warnock v JFH and their tenures for us this year and Warnock appears better. So people wonder why we can find a job for Ramsey (who wasn't good enough to be the manager) and not find anything for Warnock

Me too. A few posters critical of the rotten regime still get slated on here for utterances that became completely and understandably normal on other QPR forums ages ago. Fantasy Island mk 2. The only real difference between Gianni/Flavio and the current clowns is that the former were more honestly arrogant while the latter are amazingly still fooling so many of the fans with their sweet talk.

Seen the above and for me it does not make sense at the moment. However like all these things after the right amount of time has been given a decision should be made. I am it sure that 8 games is the right amount of time....

I would through stop all player recruitment not including loans until the summer. What I can see happening at QPR is that each new manager blames the one before for the recruitment. So while we go through the turnover of managers we need to be careful we don't land up with lots of players who signed for the othe manager...

so let's learn from the lessons , I see no reason why JFB can't prove himself with the squad at hand and then review in the summer.

I think that explains a good portion of the sentiment I think, there's a lot of other reasons too though, whatever the reasons I don't have a problem with posters expressing their views, that's what we're here for after all!

This forum has finally got to pot if there are more than a few fans wanting a young manager like jfh out, just because the team have again stopped performing in parts or just not having enough quality.

Bottom line, there is only so many times you can blame the manager and I've had enough of doing it now. IMO, we can now no longer blame the manager. It's time we started to look at the players under performing.. JFH is obviously a very good coach, Burton says it all so we have to ask what is wrong with this group of players again at Rangers. Why are they not going out there and putting into action what they have been working on in the week?

The simple answer for me is... The players have been as much as they can BUT We don't have a decent centre half to play next to Hall and we don't have a striker to score the goals if Austin isn't fit. Two KEY positions.

Without those two types of players we are where we deserve to be, lower to mid-table. There's only so much you can do as a coach if you haven't got someone to stick the ball in the net and someone to stop the chances going in on our goal. JFH hands have been tied and to judge him now is criminal and shows a real lack of understanding.

Respect what your saying. But that does not exuse Playing with no strikers at home. Head scratching formations. Comical Players selections n subs. That's what's putting me off jfh. I was all for giving him time. But he keeps doing all of the above.
