And if JFH is with us then that's another Derbyshire club that will put us on their hate list !

On tube home, just seen the thread ...it's very long.

Will read properly all posts when I get home but my initial thoughts are positive. The big point for me is it shows the owners haven't given up on us or trying to dampen things down. Whatever anyone says it's a big statement of intent and fresh....very positive move IMHO and as a fanbase must back and support 100%, got to be in this together if it happens.

Give it one loss for the JFH out threads from the people who can't stop going on about it being a 'black' signing. Just wait, .

I remember all the pledges of support for Hughes......

For whatever reason the players seem happy with the current set up, and the performances bear that out. Assuming - and it is a big if - NW wanted to continue until the end of term, I see absolutely no logic or form that suggests replacing him with JFH is a sensible idea.

My guess is that like any serious candidate NW would prefer not to be answerable to a DoF (Les ffs) - no serious contender is gonna do that at a club our size.

I am very underwhelmed. To say the least....... Sigh.

I'm with you on this. I think its just a case of becoming numb to all this false hope and how we will drasticly change our playing style over night.

Too many false dawns for me but hope it works out.

I'm pushing the boundries of my sanity here but i would of almost prefered warnkock to stay till the end of the season. that second half attcaking display against leeds along with our consecutive clean sheets maybe should have deserved him the job until the end of season with which, we could hope to sign a more established manager.

oh well, here we go again. sigh*

Remember how one result got Ramsey his job? Remember how you criticised the board for basing their decision on one full game of football. Now you are doing something not too different.

would've preferred NW to the end of the season, but alas this is exciting.

Then Warnock will probably be in the doldrums.
