id give him the keys to the club, let him design his own training ground, tell him we want him to lead us out at the new stadium, give him a 4 year project ala hughes, with a healthy wage ala redcrapp.

Not keen myself. Ok he's had good experience, and must know a little...........But......imo he's worked with system, and success that Rogers, then Laudrup
put in place.
