Think the real question is who is choosing the new man? Les or the board??

      Worrying then!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Don't be stupid, if you're working for QPR you'll be judged for what you do at te present moment

I think you old boys have let his hero status effect your judgments. So far Ferdinand has failed badly with awful signings to boot
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

If I were Np after seeing a win against a top 6 side I'd tell them to &uck off.

Cant see Pearson being that desperate , unless Les is on the way out , Pearson has to hsve full control the way I see him

Can't make my mind up on hasselbank as genuinely think he's got decent credentials just don't know of this is the time for QPR to gamble again.

Someone like lambert could be a very good fit. Done a fantastic job at Norwich got them out of this league and we all now know what a tough job villa is for anyone.

I can't go along with Lambert. He just has one of those voices that is so dreary, as a player you'd give up listening

Exactly this. Not for me, yet.

I know what you mean WeAre, he's not going to win any personality contests. Mind you I think villa sucks the life out of most managers now.

His record in the championship speaks for itself though. My point is there are a few like him available atm with championship experience that would be a safer bet.

Hasselbank get the blood going more as I think the football would be good and the philosophy but just don't know if we should be making another gamble straight after Ramsey.

Yep I agree with your thinking but how much of a gamble are we taking? We aren't really taking a gamble on promotion or relegation realistically. Now would probably be the right time. I actually feel our issue scouting is more important. I mean what are these blokes getting paid for, it certainly restricts what a manager can achieve. I mean Clough takes all the praise but the brains was peter taylor
