I heard that and thought it was a strange thing to say, being black is totally irrelevant, not being very good at your job is.

Most Rangers fans were hesitant when CR got the job, but everyone would have loved for him to do well.

Anyone else noticed that since Redknapp left and CR and LF were given their respective jobs i don't ever remember an issue ever coming to light or in the news of how many black managers there were or how few of them were managers. I think this has all been brought on by CR and LF. It has never been an issue before.
