I think we haven't got as much money as we have had available previously but I also think we're playing it down as well so we don't get tucked up again...

Yeah he can keep saying we don't have any money yet we are signing a CB for 2 million then also still in talks with Southend for Bentley who want 2 million. I agree we are working at a much tighter budget than previous years.

Brizzle's accepted offer was for £6m initially but with add ons taking it to £8m in total.

Fulham's is probably similar and just being reported differently, or from different angles.
