We won't axe Ramsey, but would this be worth a try?

Fernandes won't get rid of Ramsey that's for sure.
But Ramsey hasn't got a clue, and I think he is running out of ideas and doesn't have the experience to be put in this position in a hard league.

If the board are so sure of keeping him in charge when everyone can see he is out of his depth, why don't we bring in Ollie or Warnock to work alongside him for a bit?
They both know this League and also have many years of experience that they could pass on as well?

We won't get rid of Ramsey, but at the end of the day he doesn't have a lot of experience as a Manager.
Took over when we were more or less relegated, and now has his first season in charge in a Hard League.
He needs some type of experience to work alongside him.

The only game there that looks like we could pick up something would be the Preston game, and I wouldn't even bank on that at moment under Ramsey.

These are all tough as well with how we are at the moment, I can't see Ramsey turning it around and I can't see him getting axed either.

The problem as I have said before is, we will probably beat Preston, get something against Leeds and Burnley and Bristol and Huddersfield. Just often enough to not look like a really bad run but not enough wins to really be doing well.

The players need to step up as well.

Squad we have is Far Superior than anyone else they are competing against.
When a New Gaffer is appointed, they need to do there bit as well.

I'd say this is a gross exaggeration. Unfortunately a lot of our squad are very overrated, and consequently overvalued. They should however, have the potential to be a top 6 side when pulling together as a team.

Yeah agree.
Certainly got the team just need someone to manage it.... Been far to often that we've had the right players but the guy in charge (Ramsey/Redknapp) c0cking it up with 'basic' managerial errors.

Decent article, can't really see anything but positives from that interview, which is unusual when someone comes from another club as there is quite often some bitterness from their fans.

He seems well respected by the players, has some good tactical awareness and is a young up and coming manager that has made a great start to his managerial career.

Whatever happens in the future, I would say it is a good move by the board to bring him in now.
