He's all but signed for em anyway so can't see any issue. The sooner we pocket the £3.5m the better.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Tells me that he's signed for them but there is other player coming opposite direction which were still tying up and they will announce as joint deal

I suspect he is already signed because if there is an incident of one nature or another which the club/employer has responsibility. If it was in my charge, then they either pay for his transfer and announcement for other negotiating reasons being withheld or Palace and the player waives QPR of any liabilities. Even if the latter, cant see somehow he breaks his arm and is sent back to the club by Palace without some form of compensatory payment being agreed in advance if he was still one of QPR's players.

I was actually about to post the same thing.

It appears that Palace have already agreed a deal with McCarthy and are also interested in Austin. We in turn have been linked to Dwight Gayle, Adrian Mariappa and Adlene Guediora. Could there be some bumper, player plus cash arrangement in the making?

Disappointed at this. Regardless of clauses, sending clear signals he wouldn't be number 1 yet again, and sticking with an aging Rob Green is a big mistake on the clubs part.

Wonder when he'll get tired of sitting next to Mutch on the bench?

If he can't knock Speroni off the number 1 spot at Palace then we've done well to get rid of him mate!

Speroni is class - and one of the key reasons for the recent success of Palace. He's also only 36 - which is fark all for a goalie.

McCarthy will have to go some to knock JS off the top spot.
