Being coach of world class players who lets be completely honest how much coaching do most of them really need? (not saying they dont need any) Might be different to coaching young players at Championship level (some this will be the highest level they've played at)

We obviously cant say who is the better manager yet, but Id say with both their coaching back grounds CR is more 'suited/experienced' at handling/working with the sort of young players we need/want.
