Lawyers to apply for a work permit for a person who has only changed employers is like getting a lawyer for conveyancing on a house purchase. The law team / barrister for ffp will be different gravy, F.L will not be able to compete financially therefore I expect we will negotiate / agree to a fine that would be a fraction more than the cost of court chasing which could go on for years if all legal appeals etc were exploited. Only my opinion

I'm not aware of any clubs around the world fighting FFP. All the top European clubs are staying in line and accepting their sanctions. I.e. Man city and their recent 21 man champs league squad.

The relegation payments are in place precisely to cover prem league expenses, and if a club overspends on contracts, that's their fault and no-one else's

None of the clubs fought the "Bosman" case either - it was up to a player to do that. I hope we fight FFP but the major weakness I see in Tony is that he is a schmoozer and not a fighter. Thus some kind of compromise is the most likely outcome, IMHO.

Clubs dropping down and players in contracts who don't want to leave, how does that work?

Why don't they introduce a wage cap, it would sort this mess out and help all football clubs.

Club have interviewed Fernandes regarding relegation:

I find this reassuring....why do all the whingers bleet about everything he says?....Tony has pumped money in and we wouldn't have had Prem Football recently without him.

Let's be honest anyone with an ounce of foresight knew this day was coming. Was obvious we were going down MONTHS ago. IF I had the heart to bet against my own team I'd be a rich man after this season.

TF is saying the right things. Problem is Tony promised this when we went down before, and then proceeded to allow Arry to sign his 30year old short term targets. We need a MASSIVE overhaul at every level.

Despite the ####up that has been this season TF knows that he will still see profits long-term off his investment in QPR. I think he's perfectly happy for us to tread water for a few years while he & his convectors secure some prime West London real estate, probably getting a discount from the council/local govt. And to be honest we probably need a few years of taking it slowly. Just pray we don't get relegated next season.
