Swansea said they wanted to give Gomis a chance now that Bony is on his way. Anyway, not that he impressed that much against us....

all jokes aside, i really hope we can stumble over the line this season mate.

but we do need management change for next season.

Can't see it myself, Palace's top earners won't be on half of that. Would also leave them with a massive headache if they do go down!

Whatever else these signings will do, they will def give the clubs/fans a lift. I think we need a lift, i just get the feeling we've stalled
I have a horrible feeling that we are just being left for dead, two seasons ago we through silly money at a cr@p side that in hindsight was a mistake.

This season I feel that with a few million spent on the right players we will stay up as we have a much better
team with a good team spirit this time around.

Palace won't spend big parish came in on back on administration and his whole tenure has been based on financial prudence

Our main aim this window 'has to be' getting someone in who can replace Hoilett. If we can get someone who can put a decent ball in then we're laughing IMO! Doesnt have to be a 'name' just someone who can do his job.

Who's to say that we won't sign what is needed... all this talk about us not having money etc could all be a rouse..
I'm hoping that we may all be pleasantly surprised.
If I were the board, I would sign Defoe, amongst others.
A decent winger, Townsend/salah esc, another defender and we're sorted.
Prem league safety I reckon with not a great deal of outlay ..

You have a decent argument there. Just frustrating, bearing in mind the importance, that it wasn't all tied up weeks ago, with them all being finalised early this week.
