I think some fans really need to lighten up and stop looking at everything the club does as a negative.

People writing we have to many backroom staff; do we actually have more then any other premier league???? I could not tell you how many Burnley, Man City, Chelsea or Palace have guessing most of you are in the same boat so think people are just beating the club for the sake of it. We had the same amount of backroom staff last season as we do now just changed McLaren for Hoddle no one was moaning then???

As for Les not being qualified for the job again whats that based on we don't even know exactly what his job entails he might be the most qualified person out there dependent upon what the club wants also I have no idea what coaching qualifications he has or what coaching he has done since leaving Reading its all speculation guys

Lets put our gripes with Bagpuss to one side and stop knocking and beating the club for everything they do just because we are all a little bit grumpy

I''m concerned Fernandes could end up tarnishing Sir Les's reputation. I'd rather he wasn't involved at this point of time. Seems like a publicity stunt to coincide with our shambolic start to the season to keep the fans sweet. Why not give Sir Les a job during the summer ?

Les has been talked about coming back to the club before we got in this shambles before the season commenced. He was a guest of TF at the Spurs game second game in. Please lets not make up conspiracies that this is a PR ploy just because of our current plight

Not being funny west but name me one former player that has succeeded at a top club. It is easy to get sentimental about former players but that is a basic problem with English football, the belief that a good player makes a good manager, coach or administrator it requires a completly different skill set.

Vieria is doing ok at Man City in a similar role, Hammond does a great job at Reading. Pepe done more then ok when slung in as manager at Barcelona after only looking after the kids

Its too easy to say its sentimental as we don't know what he is being asked to do yet. If he was being asked to run the club from top to bottom then yes I would have concerns but from what I have read hes not cant see what the problems are

Through and through. But it's a poor call because a) it doesn't address the keys issue and b) Les has no experience in this kind of roll. Typical TF stars in his eyes call.

The only way our club will move forward is to start addressing reality. Otherwise it will be too late - if we go down this time we have to factor in the FL sanctions issue, and at the very least it's gonna mean a big fat legal bill.
