We are NOT desperate! At least we shouldn't be. That is how we end including ridiculous buy out clauses in our contracts. We need to negotiate from a position of strength. We are offering a lot (DECENT wages and a place in a premier league squad) and if that isn't enough, then they can do one.

This. Doesnt matter how good the rest of the team are goals win games. We need someone in NOW. I can't believe its come down to the ****ing wire again. Really happy with the rest of the squad but decent strikers always seem to be our achillies heel. Hopefully vargas hits the ground running and chaz stays injury free. This should have been number 1 priority. Every window is the same

we now find ourselves in this situation because remy decided to fark off with a day left in the window. harry and tony who both said they never saw that coming obviously never prepared for that eventuality.

lessons still need to be learned. im sure we will be fine and get through till the january window.
