      Firstly, Warnock had Adel. He was the difference.
      'Arry got us up in an unglamorous fashion, but he had injury troubles. I GUARANTEE that if we had Adel last year we would've scored more, won more, and played better. But that's an argument for another time….

      Of course managers matter. I'm just saying that ALL of our players made it as professional footballers, which is a privilege in itself. They all want to win and succeed. They live in one of the world's great cities and are paid well.

      It's not like 'Arry has to get the motivated to clean the sewers. This 'right sort' malarky is HUGELY overstated.

        I disagree, for the simple fact that Adel would not have wanted to be there and would not have tried.
