Brazil were an absolute disgrace last night. To concede 7 goals at that level in a world cup semi-final is an embarrassment. Not one of their players is fit enough to wear the yellow shirts. I grew up loving the Brazilian national team and saw them produce some of the greatest players to play the game. How a country that produced forwards like Pele, Romario, Rivaldo, and for me the greatest centre forward of all time Ronaldo, can then produce someone like Fred & Jo is beyond me. I rather had Fred flinstone upfront instead of that donkey yesterday. Big Phil has a lot to answer for as well leaving the likes of Lucas, Kaka, Robinho, Pato, Ronaldinho, Coutinho out but taking Fred & Jo! Apart from Silva they do not have 1 player who could get into a brazil team of the past.

It was sad to see, but in a way I was glad they got a tonking as it has been hard to warm to this current Brazil team who for me are awful and well over hyped.

Basically, germany scored 7 from 10 pops on target, and Brazil got just 1 from 8. possession was nearly equal.
It was a strange scoreline. The german machine expoited the weaknesses, and made it look like a training ground game due to brazils failure to mark in the box. Luiz was extremely poor, they missed Tiago Silva hugely, and 'Salad' is overrated and was found out.

Stats dont lie. Germany deserved to win, but not by 7-1
